Vishal Cycle (P) Limited is part of Vishal Group of Companies, having its Regd. Office and factories at Ludhiana in Punjab. The company began its journey in 1983 by manufacturing small component of cycle called Seat Pillers and from there it kept on adding the new products in its basket for manufacturing. Vishal with its MTB Brand namely 'MACK'is well known brand in Bicycle Industry.
Now company is spread over 3,00,000 ( Three Lacs) sq. feet floor area where manufacturing of bicycles and bicycle parts like Frame, Fork, Rims, Mudguard, Handle, Chainwheel and Crank, etc. There are 18 components which are manufactured under one roof, which is the maximum number of components for any BICYCLE MANUFACTURING UNIT IN INDIA. i.e. 80% components of complete Bicycle are manufactured inhouse.
At Vishal cycles we firmly believe and committed for excellence and perfection in all the aspect of quality of product to our customer.
The Company is having installed capacity to manufacture 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lacs) bicycles per annum for which company holds valid SSI License issued by District Industries Center, Ludhiana.
Although the existence of our Company in bicycle trade is from the last 36 years but the growth ratio is very much on higher side as compared to general growth of the industry. Our annual turnover is more than Rs. 200 Crores per year.
On an average, entire bicycle industry produce 1,20,00,000 bicycles per annum to meet the requirement of domestic dealers. Market share of our company is more than 5 % (Approx) as we sell more than 60% bicycles to domestic dealer.
Besides catering to the requirement of domestic dealers, we also supply bicycles to various state government department/institution at competitive rates. Other states namely Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Kerala, Daman & Diu, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Dadra And Nagar Haveli (Silvassa) etc. where the eligibility criteria suits our company, our rates are generally found lowest and we succeed in getting the supply order.
